International Technopole of Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation

A structured ecosystem serving the deployment of skills, employment, and digital entrepreneurship in Madagascar

A Structuring Economic Challenge

Nearly 500,000 new workers enter the labor market in Madagascar each year. In a context where formal employment remains insufficient, the challenge is to structure pathways capable of transforming skills into concrete economic opportunities and viable businesses.

The Technopole provides an operational response to this challenge by implementing a structured framework where training, employment, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation articulate and reinforce each other, serving value creation and sustainable jobs.

The Technopole, Concretely

The Technopole constitutes both an economic activity space and a structured coordination mechanism. It hosts training centers, schools, a coworking space, a business incubator, research laboratories, and support structures, gathered within the same performance-oriented environment.

Beyond infrastructure, it assumes a central international orchestration function. It facilitates partner integration, ensures ecosystem coherence, and pilots results regarding explicit, measurable economic and social objectives aligned with national priorities.
